LawsuitMap does not set advertising, analytics, social media or tracking cookies, and it runs no tracking scripts. That is why you do not see a cookie banner. Our host may set one strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to check for automated abuse.

None. Our pages are plain HTML with no scripts, and our security policy blocks third-party scripts from loading.

Visitor counts
We count visits only from our host's server logs, which need no cookie and no script in your browser.
Calls to a participating law firm
When you call a number on a lawsuit page, no cookie is involved. See the privacy policy for what the call-tracking service records.
