This table shows how many lawsuits were pending in each product liability MDL we track, as listed in the federal Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (JPML) report. We add a new column each month when the panel publishes its report. You may reuse the data with a link to this page.

How to read these numbers
- Pending cases are lawsuits still open in the MDL on the report date. They are not the number of people who will be paid, and a rising count does not mean any claim is valid.
- A count can fall because cases settle, are dismissed or are sent back to their home courts.
- Cases in state courts (for example California JCCP or New Jersey MCL programs) are not in the JPML report.
- The video game addiction cases are not listed because the panel refused to create an MDL.
