Questions

Is the Zantac lawsuit real?

Yes. The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation listed 806 pending cases in MDL 2924 as of November 2, 2026 (verified). A pending case is a claim filed in court, not a finding that the claim is true.

When will the Zantac lawsuit settle?

Nobody can predict when or whether a mass tort will settle. What has been disclosed so far: GSK settled most of its cases in 2024 (reported). The remaining federal claims were dismissed and are on appeal, and the Delaware claims were dismissed in April 2026 (verified, GSK SEC filing).

Could Zantac claims come back?

Only if an appeals court reverses the earlier rulings. We will update this page if that happens.
