1. Information only. LawsuitMap publishes general information about lawsuits. It is not legal or medical advice and may not reflect the latest court order. Check the sources on each page.
2. No lawyer relationship. Reading this site or calling a number on it does not make anyone your lawyer. A lawyer relationship starts only when you and a law firm sign an agreement.
3. No promises. Nothing on this site promises a result, a payment or that any person has a claim.
4. Advertising. Participating law firms pay PRIMEzen LLC for advertising. See How we are paid.
5. Not affiliated. LawsuitMap is not affiliated with any court, the JPML, the FDA, any government agency or any manufacturer. Product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the lawsuits.
6. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Using our data. You may quote our case counts and facts with a link to the page and its check date. Do not copy whole pages.
8. No warranty. The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but court records change and we may make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, PRIMEzen LLC is not liable for decisions made from this information.
9. Changes. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
